Tire presure in winter

I dont know where to post this ...
The car will be spending the winter outside..
and its parked in back.. the ground isnt flat so
I cant raise it on jack stands..
I read that you have to raise the psi in the tires
so they dont get deformed and such ..

how true is that theory ?
it was in an article about winterizing ur car ..

thx for any help.

You can inflate the tires to 35 psi and move the vehicle forward or back every month to put a different portion of the tire on the ground.

One little trick I use is to get some 3/4" plywood cut at Lowe, Home depot, or other and park the car on four plywood sheets each being about 2'x2'.

I usually go to 44 PSIG, but that's what my tires have as a maximum pressure rating.
