is boring.030" over gonna effect smog?

just curious. i live in cali btw. will boring my new 350 block mess with emissions laws?

like rb said it won't hurt anything and no one will know unless you tell them or it's P&Ged and that isn't going to happen, not that it'd matter.

It will probably reduce emmision levels since its a fresh rebuild. Your just trying to do your part right?
