oil type for a 89 bird

I was wonderiing if you guys could tell me what type of oil I would need for a 1989 Pontiac Firebird Formula with carb...
I need an answer asap = / and thank you for ur help

Probably the same stuff I run. I use Mobil1 5W-30. I have 140k on the engine, it does not drip, it does not smoke, it does not make wierd internal noises.

Also, do NOT run a FRAM filter, they're the worst. I'd recommend a K&N, Mobil1, PurOne or NAPA Gold. Hell, the SuperTech filters sold at Wally's world are better than agent orange Frams. The Wally's ST filter is made by Champion Labs, and they also make the K&N, M1, STP and some AC-Delco. The only decent Fram is the X2 model, the rest suck bad.
