L69: which pulleys does power steering belt attach to?

L69: which pulleys does power steering belt attach to?
Just crank and power steering pulley? Or does it go over the water pump pulley as well. The only other accessory I have left is the alternator which goes on the crank, alternator, and water pump pulley.

The power steering pump pulley uses two belts. The groove at the back routes the belt to the crank and power steering pulleys only. The front groove routes the belt to the crank, power steering and A/C (if equipt, otherwise same as the back one).
