Vaccum Sensor has fuel in it!

I was going to check my vaccum using a gauge and T fitting, plugged into the vaccum sensor on the drivers side firewall. I have done this many times before, however when I disconnected the vac line from the sensor, fuel came out. I have checked this a couple of times this week and always have fuel in it after I shut off the car! I have rebuilt the carb a couple months ago and I has been working fine. I just don't know why all of a sudden I have fuel in the vac sensor line?

By the way, this is on a 87 Q-jet that was a lg4 and is now a 383, but still has the original Q-jet.

On a carburator? Maybe a ruptured diaphram in the fuel pump.

If it was the fuel pump wouldnt the fuel be in the oil. How would it get into a vacuum line?
