Cam question

Can you replace a camshaft without replacing the cam bearings.

If there in good shape it should be cool as I only do it when I rebuild motor and bearings are pitted or scarred some how.

you can't really replace cam bearings with out having the block stripped down to the bare block. you also can't see the cam bearings, except for a little of the first one with the engine in the car. lot of people do cam swaps and never touch the bearings
