hey guys i started up my car today and the idle is all outta wack. I had it out for a good run last week, and its been sitting since. I started it up and the engine light never went out, the rpms were bouncing all over between 4 & 10 after a couple minutes it reved up and the check engine light went out and it seemed fine.Untill i started it again and it did the same thing.TPS????????????????????

 

Did you check for codes?

 

you might want to check for IAC problems. if its only doing it when you start it, that may be a possibilty. i am not for sure if there is an actual IAC code that will set in the computer, but it may set of another one. hope this helps. also, does it do it when its just cold and you start it, or everytime you start it?
