High pressure in-tank EFI pump...can it be regulated....

to work with a carb? I'd like to get a quieter, electric, high-volume pump. An in-tank pump would accomplish that, but I don't know of any low pressure in tank pumps. Can I regulate a high-pres pump to work with a carb?

If not, anyone got suggestions for quieting a Holley blue pump?

TIA,
RSR

sure you can by an aftermarket regulator to mount in line before the carb. i put one on a car last year and routed the fuel line over the heater blower motor box and mounted the regulator there.

Great. Just to be sure, you're saying that you regulated an *EFI* (40-50psi) pump to work with a carb?

Please confirm to make sure that we're talking about the same thing....

Thanks,
RSR
