87 later one piece block weight

87 later one piece block weight

just weighed a one piece rear main seal 30 over 350 block. 149 lbs. i have a 509 400 block coming in soon. going to weight that blockalso. 149 is not bad concidering a aluminum block weights 98 lbs and cost 3k and over.

My un-educated guess is the 509 block wil, tip the scales at 143.5lbs.

that 149 lbs is with out the main caps. so i will have to see what the 509 weights when it comes in.
