i JUST did a test, I noticed that I was only getting 8 miles per gallon.(spark plugs changed to new, O2 sesor changed to new,filter changed) the engine sounds like its mifiring(shaking at Idle) what are the possibilities of low mpg???

Check spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, coil resistance, ignition timing, vacuum leaks (including the PCV and brake booster), a internally leaky EGR valve, MAP sensor, CTS sensor readings.

One of these should get you close to the problem. Do you have the MAP/SD MPFI? (What year?)
