Just put back in Stock chip OMG What a differance.

I have a 89 formula 350 with some mods and i got an ed write fast chip. i was happy that this chip was going to do good. so i put it in take car out and the car runs as slow as hell. i said maybe its relarning itself so i gave it two days and tongiht me and my GF were driving and and the car felt slow as hell. so i stoped and floored it and the car didnt even peel out. I said hell with this. i put the stock chip in and wham i was burning rubber like no tomorrow. I am staying with the stock chip and the fast chip is going back.

as has been already said, if you're going to play with efi you're way ahead to start spending time on the prom board and buy the hardwear and softwear to burn your own eproms.

i must agree, whether your into strictly performance or fuel economy... learning to do your own eprom is probably your best bang for the buck. Especially if your going to spend 200+ on a chip that would cost you WAAAY less from one of the online supplier that the prom people buy theirs from.
