prepping parts for winter storage

Ok...I've given up on getting my car running this year, so I need to store all my parts. They will be kept in my garage. So, what do I need to do to properly store these things to ensure they don't deform, get rust, or otherwise do weird things?

Here's a sample of what I have

assebled bare short block
fuel pump w/ lines
superram w/lower intake
aluminum heads (store upright or store assembled onto block?)
aluminum driveshaft
exhaust
transmission
torque converter (store mounted to tranny or??)
serp. brackets and pullies
lifters, pushrods, roller rockers
cam
I think everything else should be fine...

Thanks,

Short block-Spray with WD40 to prevent rust
Fuel pump-Not really sure on this one but storing it with fuel that has been stabilized cant hurt
Superram-Shouldnt be a problem
Heads-No speacial storage is needed but its best to mount them on the block
Drivshaft-I would mount it with u joints and hang it on each end so it is loaded like it would be when its installed
Exhaust-Youll want to get it hot(long car ride) to get all of the moisture out of it
Trans-Toss it in the corner, full of fluid, with converter installed and filled
Accesorys- can just get tossed in a corner
Valvetrain-keep a thin film of oil on them and put them somewhere they wont get knocked over and disorganized
Cam-Pvc tubes with caps work well
