CODES 32 & 53...HELP

O.K. I checked for vacuum at the EGR and I'm getting it, next I pushed in on it and I can move it in but only when the car is running, I guess this is normal. I know that the 2 codes have more than one meaning but because they set after I'v been driving over 55 and at a steady speed that it is the EGR setting them. So now I'm at a loss and don't know what to test next.
