smog pump removal
I'm removing the smog pump from My 87 IROC and Installing a serpentine belt setup,I was wondering if I remove the airtube's from the manifold's and do away with the entire setup if I'm going to have any problem's with the computer and service engine light. will the light go out as it should and will everything else function properly. Any Information will help me out. Thank's for any help

Let hte 2 wires hang and rip everything out and cap the headers or manifolds. No SES light and no problem.
