I know I will have to remove plenum and runners to get it out,but will I have to remove fuel rails also? And what is the best adjustable fuel pressure regulator I think most people liked the Holley one. Thanks for any info.

 

To replace the EGR you don't have to remove the runners, only the Plenum and Throttle Body. The back bolt can be a little hard to get to other than that it's very easy.

Tips:
1. There is a connector for the EGR temp sensor is located by the Distributor, DO NOT cut the wire and then remove the sensor(that's what I did and I soldered it back on and burned up the sensor)
2. Remove and clean the IAC Valve and Passage Ways since you have the Throttle Body off.
3. Remove and clean the MAT sensor since you have the Plenum off.
