i just got a 1989 305 V8 automatic camaro and the car runs fine but when im at a full stop sometimes the check engine light will come on and my rpm's will jump up and my car will stall. it also does this when i hit about 70 or so. what could be causeing this problem, thanks ,

2nd to last FAQ. Check the code(s) the computer is storing. Knowing whether the car has throttle body or tuned port injection may help if you have any more problems later.
