I just bought this car and need to get it inspected asap, but the horn doesnt work. I removed the cover on the steering wheel to find that the wire and spring were missing. I figured that was the problem, so i borrowed one from my buddy's camaro, and it still doesnt work. Im thinkin the previous owner had a stuck horn and ripped the wire out but it didnt stop so he found another way. I cant find any cut wires, but im not sure which horn is the actual horn not the vats. Any ideas? If not which one is the horn? I can just run a switched wire to pass the inspection.
