check this out

ok this monday im deleting my A/C and i need to figure out what pulley is directly UNDER by A/C pulley? and if anyone knows once i get rid of that pulley what size belt do i need for the "unkown pulley" to the (water pump???) no clue wat that pulley is either....heres a pic of wat im talking about

the power steering pump is under the a/c... not sure what size belt you would need though, good luck

u know when its off its still "running"?everytime the pulley goes around the a/c its still running the ac....
1) to lose weight
2)seattle isnt sunny more than 20 days a year
3)t-tops
4)my windows roll down

You should be able to just get rid of the AC belt altogether...the PS pump underneath is driven by two belts (the AC being one of them).

Just go to the autoparts store and tell them you don't have a/c and they'll sell you the right belt. The a/c is the only thing you're deleting right?

The A/C compressor pulley has a clutch that disengages so that the compressor isn't driven when the A/C is off.

that would be the refrigerant. ask around, there may be a shop up there that will recycle it & not charge you if it has pure R-12 in it.

Just call around to different shops. Cut your search times AND be environmentally friendly and look for the better shops. "Bubba's House of Car Repair and BBQ" isn't likely to be licensed to handle R-12.
