I just followed the under-hood sticker, and...
I still am running lean, but...
I found that by reducing idle to 550 RPM (500 in gear), hot idle magically smoothes out. Perhaps the people who printed the under-hood sticker knew something that I just found out.
There is a poor idle spot above this, that extends several hundred RPM. Vacuum is steady at 25", also good, but this simply shows that my engine has the no-performance cam.
On a good note, 87-octane fuel is back down to $3.00. Car has no pinging, except when very hot, and under full-throttle.
