storing my classic over the winter
storing my classic over the winter
This message is wrong in 2 reguards. It doesn't pertain to a third gen, and its definately not a tech/engine question, but I don't know where to put it and any third gen admirer will appreciate the car.
I just received a nearly mint condition 1974 Firebird Formula 400. However I am only a college student with limited-ish funds and my home does not have a garrage, and storage space in MA is very expensive. So it looks like it is sleeping outside, with no plates, in my driveway for the winter. I was wondering a few things. 1) How do I prevent the most amount of damage possible? The body and paint are in great shape, and the engine still runs perfectly and I can't affor dto harm that. 2) How much damage can I expect?
This is in MA, (Weston to be exact), and the winters are harsh. And 3) Car cover yes, or car cover no?
