I tried to follow the Hayes repair manual but that didn't work. I replaced the T-top weatherstripping and the window doesn't seem to line up to the back upper corner part on the weatherstripping. It looks like I need to adjust the window to arc in more. Help me please.

If it's the vertical part of the weatherstrip, like where the window seals to the T-top itself but doesn't land on the weatherstrip properly, it's alot easier to adjust that out than it is to move the window. You can just bend the metal piece that's behind it outward.

that is the spot but I also need to move the whole window back. It is hitting the front weatherstripping too hard.

remove the door panel there are 2 felt tipped guides and 2 travel stops (i think). you get the panel off and they're easy to see and understand waht you need to do (all adjustable) to make the window move to where you need it to. good luck.
