CODE 44 HELP
CODE 44 HELP
Hi Guys/Gals I have a 92 Camaro RS 305 TBI and I've replaced the IAC twice and CTS, TPS and the EGR Valve. ALso had the O2 Sensor changed out today along with the fuel filter. I'm getting a CODE 44 LEan Exhaust.
The car runs like crap acts like it wants to stall at low rpms and you have to play footsey with the gas pedal to get it going. I've posted before and this problem showed it's ugly face last wendesday.
I'm really getting desperate for some answers on this crazy problem. The only thing I can think of left to replace =( is the MAF and the MAP and the ECM.
Syptoms: I had it in to a tune up place today and they replaced the 02 and the fuel filter. It runs but like crap. ON WOT it runs great but as soon as you get the AC on it starts to bog down at the 1,000 to 1,500 range if I'm on Interstate with AC on it seems fine. Standing at a stop you have to give it light amounts of gas it sputters and wants to die.
Any suggestions???? HELP HELP HELP HELP

Good news is that it's not the MAF sensor...you don't have one
Runs fine at WOT should indicate the fuel pump is okay.
May want to check fuel pressure anyways, could be an issue with the regulator.
Might also try the TBI Board, might be someone over there that's had/fixed the same thing.
