Car: 89 FORMULA 350 / 1991 RX7

Engine: 5.7 L98 / LT1

Transmission: 700R4 / 6 speed manual

Axle/Gears: 3.42 posi / 4.11 posi

oil pump questions ?

Will a Melling # M55A oil pump fit my 96 LT1?
the stock lt1 pump has a 3/4" inlet hole & the M55A has a 5/8" inlet hole . Will this be a problem if I change the screens ? any help would be great.

I'd try the fourth gen forums, probably a real common deal for them, but our third gens are the old school small blocks.
