Underdrive Pully?

You might think this is stupid, but I'm really not sure what an "Underdrive Pully" is...does someone have pictures?...i know what the "Delete Pullys" are, especially for the A/C and Air Pump...can someone elaborate about this for me, thanks...also, does a smaller diameter pully wheel cause less resistence? thanks

it is a smaller pully than the stock one and it slows down the assories so you get a slight gain n perforance
