ok so i've been having some problems with my cars idle after it warms up...i think this thing is the problem since it's unhooked but i don't know what it is

It is the thermal vacuum switch for the EFE valve; which is the flapper in the right exhaust manifold outlet, that forces all the right bank exhaust up through the head and intake and through the other head and out the left exhaust, when cold.
