Need advise on LT4 Hot Cam Kit

Will this cam kit work in my 89 formula 350 and will the valve springs just fit in the stock heads.

Axle/Gears: 3.23
It'll fit, but there's a dowel pin in the front of the cam that needs to be pushed in to Gen I SBC specs. Also, the springs probably won't simply just drop in to your stock heads. You'd probably need to get your heads machined to accpet the larger springs.
