sputtering

Hey guys this is one of my first post. But would like to say thank you, you guys have helped me so much on my car i have an 88 305 tpi and i had recently just got the check engine light to go off i had a heater valve that went bad but now i can't figure out why the car is sputtering and bucking. The car idles pretty well but not great and when trying to drive i get a hesitation and it is as if the car is not giving the full kick of what it has. i had recently cleaned the throttle body with a toothbrush ( i didn't remove the intake before cleaning kinda just a quick little spray and wipe then let it run). and it had worked good for about 2 weeks so i think that the possibilty is that the injectors are partially clogged but not sure cause i took it into the local shop and they said that didn't know what it is and they are idoits cause they charged me for 5 hours of dignostics and all the did was change the time which did nothing for me. so someone said that it could be a maf which i got a new one and nothing so please let me know what you guys think and any suggestions.
