Performance fuel pump

My fuel pump went out on my 89 iroc 350 TPI.
Im looking to replace it but dont want to just put stock back in it. I plan on doing some mods in the near future that will prolly put me around 300-400HP and dont want to burn up a stock pump. Will putting one of those holley 255lph fuel pump hurt me at all, i know its over kill but i dont want to put a better one in down the road. Please let me know, i need to order it tonight, thanks

The amount of fuel pressure you have is regulated. That holley fuel pump will keep it at that regulated pressure, no higher.

Im not a big F.I guy but I can safely say that the holley will not hurt you, buy it.

*someone chime in if im wrong*
