need some help!
guys i need to know what this thing beside my distribitor is with the 2 plug ins on it.took out my motor and never noticed that it broke off
seen where it was brokeand started looking round and found what went there,please give me some info on this

If your talking about the two prong switch with two shiny prongs on it, thats a oil pressure sending unit. the bell shaped switch on the right is an oil pressure switch. If the two prong sensor broke off you might squirt oil if you turn engine over or start it up.

how do think i can fix it,she's broke off flush in the motor.i think its copper mabey brass.but i'll be taking my intake off mabey i'll be able to get at it better

i wonder if it would just thread out?i just checked er out again and the rest of it all threads together,wonder it it threads into the motor as well?anyone know?

If your talking about the brass 90 degree elbow that both of those attach to, it screws in the block at the back, into a oil gallery to gauge pressure.
You can either get it out with an easyout kinda tool (USE CAUTION NOT TO LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE BLOCK AS THAT IS SCREWED INTO AN OIL GALLERY AND DEBRIS MIGHT MAKE ITS WAY TO LIFTER OR BEARING) or if you are going to rebuild the engine have the machine shop take it out.

thanx 4 all the info guys,i'll try the easy out tool 1st,if noti'll have to i'll strip er down.at least i know now that it will thread out.i'll soon have my paint to finish my pro ject and post some pics,its gonna be nice
