HELP few uncertain questions

Car: 88 trans am, and 06 focus DOHC
Engine: 305 tpi
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 4.56 screaming pave eating :-)
HELP few uncertain questions
Hey people first off i have a 88 trans am 305 tpi
there are 2 screw holes in the front of the intake manifold right next to the bypass hose with nothing in it.... what are they for??
2nd... the vacuum hoses which i believe are 5/32 size (the plastic ones) anyone have a scamatic of where they go to because during winter they got brittle and cracked....
3rd final question the little tube underneath the throttle body on far right side above bypass connection what goes in there?
