balancer ?

i went to put my balancer on and it slips on real easy i can push it on with my hand over the first key until i get to the second. the keys are new and i baught the balancer new and it was only used once. is this a problem

It will be fine as long as your using a balancer bolt and you cannot move the installed balancer side to side when grabbed with both hands.
