Unique problem

Hi im new here, been around for awhile before i joined just searching and readin and learnin. But i have a unique problem that is driving me crazy!!!
Car has a really rough idle and hesitation in gear when cold.
When warm idle gets smoother but still slightly rough hesitaton goes away except there is a slight hesitation right off idle.
The car is 1989 formula 5.0 liter TBI
Hypertech chip, Holley TBI , edelbrock intake (performer)

New plugs, wires, cap rotor, fuel filter
New ignition module. Iac has been changed twice.

Car has been run on two different ecms with and without the hypertech chip.
All cylinder compressions are good, No vacuum leaks , checked tps with voltmeter, its good, checked map sensor it is good as well as the vacuum line going to it. Injectors look good, fine cone spray pattern. O2 sensor has been changed and is working correctly, egr is deleted. Timing has been checked and set correctly. Im suspecting coil but i dont see why it wouldnt be WORSE after it gets hot. I checked the spark from the wire its not very hot, but alot of older cars dont have a hot hot spark either.

Any suggestions would be very welcomed this problem is frustrating as hell.
