89 camaro wont start VATS?

I have an 89 camaro with the VATS system in it. Car wont start. The gauges work when I turn the key. Checked the fuses, everythings fine. I don't think its the computer because the fuel pump buzzes when the key is turned. I tried maneully starting it and it turns over but wont ignight. I replaced the lock cylinder and VATS (black box) last year.

Im hoping its not VATS acting up again. Does anyone know of anything else I should check? if it is VATS does anyone know how to bypass it?

Could be VATS.
Would have to turn it off in the ECM and bypass the starter relay, located under the kick panel on the driver side...by your left foot.

hehe...for quite a while, I started my car with a paper clip.

Anyway, this stuff has been documented pretty well on these boards...try and look it up for all the details.
