ok I had an electrical problem that is now fixed I have replaced distributor, cap and rotor, coil, and plugs... we have set timing TDC 3 times and upon start up, car idles terrible but will eventually rev up fine and then back down to a lopey idle with no power. cylinders 3,4,5,6 are not firing hot enough... what could cause this sudden problem?

Re: Any suggestions?
forgot to mention its not a stock intake. i switched from tbi to carb and it has an edel performer rpm with a edel 1406... ive been hearing i may have wiped a lobe on the cam judging by the way it runs? or even head problems... i did a compression check, highest being 165, lowest was 120(others were 140-150) which has me leaning towards the heads. Any suggestions?
