help me please
i have an 83 camaro berlinetta and i just put a rebuilt motor in and now i cant get it to start ive tryed everything i can think of. i know its in time im getting fuel i have compression im getting spark what is the problem im out of ideas anything will help

How do you know it's in time?
Most likely the spark isn't arriving at the right time. As in, 180 degrees out of time.
