my car idles kinda high i think it starts up and idles around 2k to 2500 for some reason and then a minute later it idles up and down maybe like 2 times and then it runs fine but it takes a while to calm down and idle around 1200 which still isnt right. but the problem is i dont think my tach is accurate cause the thing bounces around all the time like it will stay at 2k and then just start jumping around for a minute.

any suggestions im gonna check my timing in the morning and adjust where needed, i have a blaster coil msd distributor, msd wires the only msd thing i dont have a 6a ignition box.
