Engine wont start up again once warm

Engine: v-8 5.0 tbi
Transmission: 700r4
Engine wont start up again once warm
When my engine gets to normal temp. it will not start back up when car is shut off. If someone jumps car it will start back up or I have to let it sit to cool off for a couple of hours. Starter is new.

when you say it won't start , what do you mean ? Starter won't turn over, or it just keeps turning over and over .

It doesn't turn over at all. No clicking either. When I have someone jump me off it turns over immediately. The car is not overheated at all, this occurs if I drive a couple of miles down the road. Because this is a new starter I know its not heat soaked. When car is completely cooled off (in the mornings) it starts right up.

I forgot to mention that it cannot be the alternator or the battery. Had them tested and they are new. Battery is an Optima battery.
