Hey everyone, long time reader of the forum, but first time posting. A fwe monthsback a bought an 86 TA, that had a 350 swapped in. I bought the car not running. It was said that everything worked fine, just that the car had overheated from the newly installed CAI breaking the lines at the radiator, bad install. Car sat for almost a year afterwards. Anyhow, gaskets were the least of my worries, the intake sucked in water and seized up the block, got the block and heads machined and rebuilt the motor myself. Everything is now but together spare the rear exhaust. I am trying to start the car but it won't, I am not getting fuel or spark stated in the topic. I am hot going into the distributor, but not coming out. The fuel pump won't turn on at all. The first assumption I came to was the ECM. Especially after finding a chip in the trunk, I pulled out the the computer and saw that there was a newer chip in it's place. Agreeable for the 350. So, I figured why not try the old chip, swapped them and when the key was turned just before cranking the cooling fan kicked on, doesn't happen with the newer chip, but either way (chip) there is still no spark nor fuel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, been too long not having an F-Body, and now having one and not being able to drive it, heh. Thanks All

either the pick up coil, or the ignition control module, no spark and the computer wont send fuel.
