I`ve searched and found stuff for firebirds with the lighter in the ashtray but not on the dash like my camaro.I`m trying to remove it to replace it.I took the plastic trim piece of the dash and disconnected the lighter,but how do I get the lighter housing out of the plastic trim piece?I`ve tried pushing,pulling,unscrewing and can`t get it out.I am trying to be carefol though as I dont want to break the trim piece.thanks

In an unrelated issue why wouldnt my horn be working?It`s not the fuse,the wire is plugged in,I even got another horn button.I can hear a relay,or something,clicking in/under the dash but no horn.It actually hasnt worked since the engine swap but everything appears to be hooked up.I know the guy who does inspections.He just tells me to yell honk and hold my middle finger out the window if I need it.
