what heads do i have?

Car: 1985 chevy camaro IROC-Z
Engine: 5.7 litre 350 4 bolt main
Transmission: 700r w/B&M shift kit
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt w/3:42 gears
what heads do i have?
ok i was wondering if anyone could tell me what heads(cc,valve sizes,etc) came on the factory 305 in the 82 Z28,i kept the motor n tranny and was wantin to use the heads on my 350 that has sum crappy truck heads since the 350 came out of a truck,im goin to check tomorow on the heads to get the casting numbers but any help will be appreciated

truck or car has nothing to do with it
most of the time the same heads were used regardless if car or truck
what casting number do you have
need that info to know anything at all about what you have
the most common 80-up 305 heads were the 4416 ones

ok the numbers i got is this

theses were all on top of the heads,on the bottom side i found 2 sets of numbers
looks to be 524 and c45 or maybe G45 or 045 i couldnt tell so that may not be right
and they have this on the side of them

416 is all that matters. You have the same heads as everyone else on here with an '82-'88ish 305.

so are they worth it to get new valves and have them cleaned up and use on my 350 or should i junk them
