2 Loose spark plugs???

I looked at my car today and I see that oen of my plugs looked loose. I had a problem with my new doug headers. The #7 spark plug is impossible to be touched with a socket. So i used pliers to tighten it. I used a good set of rubber to keep the plug in tact. Anyways i loked today and the plug was actually semi loose. It freaked me out. I also found out that oene other one was loose but. It is all good now I hope.

Anyways weird question. My plugs go in the ytighten up then the yloosen again and then they are tightened finally. Is this proper or are my plugs wrong for my car????

Sounds like you didn't tighten them enough.

It's not impossible that you have the wrong plugs; but more likely, you're just not getting them tight enough.
impossible to be touched with a socket
So, don't use a socket. Small blocks with headers are NOTORIOUS for that; always have been. What you need to do is to go to Sears and buy EVERY wrench they make, in every length and with every offset and so on, in whichever size your plugs are (should be 5/8" I would expect); every socket in that size, in every drive size they make it, in every length, whether it's a "spark plug socket" or not; and have that whole array of tools available to change the plugs. Different tools will fit different plugs but not others. For example, some may work best with a box wrench with a 1" offset; some may work best with a spark plug socket and a short open-end wrench on the hex on the back; you might find that you can grind a SP socket down to a shorter length, and THEN it will go on; and so on. It tends to require a bit of ingenuity. But one way or another, you CAN get to them all.

Let your "will" power overpower your "can't" power. "Can't" is no way to go through life.
