Problems starting...clueless

So as of last night (sunday 4/6) my '92 305 TBI Camaro RS was running fine. When I tried to start it up this morning, it was a no go. On the first couple tries, it would crank and crank but wouldn't turn over. After a couple more tries it finally just seized up and wouldnt even crank when the key was turned. Starter was replaced not too long ago, the battery's holding a normal charge, the engine just wont turn over or crank.

I honestly am at a loss of words here...what could be the problem. Havent checked the spark plugs for a few months but they should be clean. And just had the catalytic converter replaced along with a bunch of other stuff (fuel filter, tensioner, ac pully, loose tranny bracket).

What do you guys think it is?

go back to the old stand by's, fuel and spark. it's tbi so you can SEE if it's getting fuel. once you rule that out pull a plug and see if it'll shoot a spark to the block.

also, turn the key but don't start the car, hear a fuel pump?

wound up being the fuse for the coil went out. Quick fix and only about 30 bucks at kragen. There was no spark going to so I figured it was either the coil or something around there, the plugs were fine.
