Spark Plug Differences???
What is the difference in most spark plugs? Now when I ask this I mean, the size and length of the plugs. I know some heads ask for certain plugs such as the vortecs, I used the delco 993s.. but my main ? is what is the difference between size and length, if any?

Cast iron heads use a tapered seat to seal the plug, aluminum heads use a plug that seals with a crush washer. Vortec plugs use a shorter reach than other heads.

Do they have different heat ratings or anything like that.. Im quite sure the spark is the same depending on the gap size, but I was just curious?
