proper spark plugs

I'm running approximately 11.5 or more compression ratio. I have large amounts of detonation even with timing backed out. I'm running acdelco r45ts plugs. Which way should I go, colder or hotter. With race fuel mix 50/50 I have no problems. Running full MSD system. I believe colder but how much? Email me at volholden@***.net because I'm not here much.Sorry if there is a thread on the subject but didn't find it.
