I am looking to get a cam.
I am looking to get a cam for my 350 TPI. I would like to find a cam that will work with stock componets. I have a 52mm BBK Throttle Body and aftermarket exhaust.

Re: I am looking to get a cam.
IMO one of the best cams to use in a basically stock TPI 5.7 would be either a stock LT1/LT4 cam, or the LT4 Hotcam.
The LT1 cams should work fine in a stock engine, but the LT4 cam and the Hotcam may have too much valve lift for your heads, if they are stock. The ECM should be tuned if you change the cam, though it may not be totally necessary with a stock LT1 cam. The other two would need it for sure.

Save the camshaft swap until you have heads and an intake manifold to go with it. The camshaft is one of the last things in the center of the engine and everything else has to come out when you do it. You might as well upgrade everything while you have them off.
The best heads are the AFR Eliminators, followed by the Trick Flow's.

It will take custom tuning for the larger cams..... the good side is there are instructions on the site, and people around you can pay to do it. That is beyond my level on TPI, but for the money I think the lt4 cam and trick flow heads.
