Engine Rust
I have some heavy rust on my engine and i was wondering if theirs any king of rust spray i can use to get the rust of and i also have a little on da body

I agree with Atilla ^. If the rust isnt interfering with the engine ie: on cylinder bores or plugging water jackets, then you wont gain anything (aside from asthetics) by removing it. Rust on the exterior of engine block poses no risk as it would take hundreds of years for rust to penetrate. If you're dead set on removal , the most comprehensive method is to tear the engine apart, down to the bare block, then have it hot tanked and bead-blasted, then rebuilt of course.
