what cam to buy?

well, im doing a massive budget build on my t/a and the cam in my sig. needs to go. the range of that cam is 1500-5000 rpm. i am going to be drag only, but cannot afford new heads at this time. i can afford a cam and intake, but i am confused as what to look for. my motor only has 3k miles on it but i decided to take it off the road. so i guess im just trying to figure out the "best" cam to slap in her. my budget for the cam is $400
