Ok had a code 33 changed the maf relay and service light came off. NO service engine light... but now the car runs like s###? They are the same part number MAF relay.any help on why the car runs better with out the relay in place? Its a 87 Trans am 350 tpi car

 

Is there anyone that can shed some light here for me.I did the seach but cant find anything that matchs what goin on with my car/?????

 

Clean the MAF and make sure it actually performs a burn-off cycle. A dirty MAF hot wire will under-report intake airflow, and make for a very lean mixture.
