Crankcase not clearing center steering link... HELP!

Car: 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z
Engine: 355 SBC
Transmission: TH350 with 3500 stall
Axle/Gears: GM 12-bolt with 4.10 gears
Crankcase not clearing center steering link... HELP!
Hi there, I have a 82 Z28 with a 355 sbc. I recently put in new motor mounts and a new crankcase in. The crankcase is an aluminum one and the bottom side is ribbed. The problem is now that I put the engine back in i noticed that the center link is hitting the ribs on the crankcase. I think this is because of the ribs on it and also I think the engine is sitting slightly lower because of the new motor mounts. What can i do to fix this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
