Does anyone know the time and adj. procedure for 5.0 crossfire?

Car: 1983 Z-28
Engine: 5.0 Crossfire Injection
Transmission: 700 R-4
Axle/Gears: 2.93
Does anyone know the time and adj. procedure for 5.0 crossfire?
I have an aftermarket hood and no veci label. So far I think my timing is close but I don't know for certain.She seems just a little sluggish. does anyone know the correct timing and adjustment procedure for my car? Is there a spark advance connector?
